Geisha Modern Japanese Cuisine

Dinner last week at Geisha, Fort Bonifacio.

It wasn't as crowded as most restaurants would be during dinner time. We were given the liberty to choose where to be seated and the server attended to our orders promptly. Their menu includes a vegetarian selection, sushi/sashimi, rolls, noodles, donburi and dessert. Food was served in less that 30 minutes. I personally liked the Florentine rolls (spinach, cream cheese, vegetarian chicken, pineapple) and Skewered Pork (which takes 3 days to process). The taste matched the elegant presentation of each dish! Plus the prices are mostly reasonable.

We skipped dessert to leave space for The Cake Club which was just right across.

P.S. Random thing to do when you go there is to check out their faucet at the restroom. It changes color every 5 seconds! HAHA
