Galileo Enoteca

Tucked away in the streets of Mandaluyong lies a quaint establishment that serves great food at an affordable price. The dimly-lit and cozy Galileo Enoteca is such a perfect date spot. The concept of having a wine cellar for a restaurant to create an Italian feel was clever and unique, I must say. This Italian wine library not only provides an intimate ambiance but they also serve the best pasta.

It wasn't our first time eating here so we knew exactly what to order. Having already tried their sausage pasta before we decided to stick to that one and added carbornara pasta instead of their chicken just to give it a try. I couldn't decide which one i liked better since they were both so delish!

The also serve cold cuts and cheese platter to complement the wine.

I was looking forward to having their Tartufo again for dessert, but unfortunately, they didn't serve it that night. So we settled for this freshly baked choco cake.

Definitely going back there to try their risotto and have a taste of that Tartufo I've been craving for. The server told us it tastes better with espresso! Can't wait to try that.
